Elizabeth Banks was spotted promoting for her new upcoming movie, People Like Us, in NYC at Good Morning America and Sirius Radio (6/25). She must be generating super energy from her colorful clothing and shoe choice. I like the pops of color on her dress and shoes but in a separate Easter basket. So I took the liberty of picking other shoes for her. She is wearing Brian Atwood, who I love and hope to add to my shoe closet one day but I wish she would have worn a solid colored pump. I would have selected a solid blue to let the colors in her dress shine and not confuse the eye on where to look. If she wanted another little pop of color maybe a coordinated little clutch would have worked. Right now her outfit is on color overload and it’s violating code 106B from my unofficial guide “never be too matchy matchy”. Let me close by saying although this outfit wasn’t one of my favorites Elizabeth Banks has worn some pretty amazing shoes. So for that she gets a pass.
