SHOE NEWS | New Collaboration with H&M and Anna Dello Russo, H&M Conscience

The style maven and Fashion Director at Large of Vogue, Anna Dello Russo, is one happy woman. She was just tapped to do a collaboration of accessories with the trendy retailer, H&M. The collaboration will include jewelry, bags, shoes, and sunglasses, which are all of the things that a true fashionista needs to up the allure on an outfit. This is worth a conversation with Siri for a calendar notation for all the iPhone users and for the rest of us non iPhone users well we just have to mark our calendars the old-fashioned way with the October 4 launch date. Anna Dello Russo statement:

“I am excited by this collaboration: this is the first time H&M involves a Fashion Director in a special project. This is the sign of an important evolution in fashion, and I am both thrilled and humbled to be the one chosen to lead it. I wanted to create precious accessories that are impossible to find. As a stylist I know accessorization is essential: it is the personal touch to any outfit. With these pieces everybody can have fun, turning an ordinary day into a fantastic fashion day,” said Dello Russo in a statement from H&M.”

Also, in other H&M news their Conscious collection (which is their eco-friendly project) is still making quite the splash with the celebrities. The line ranges from $20 to $299 and features clothing and shoe options with a focus on sustainability. It’s sold in 100 stores and online.  Celebrities such as Michelle Williams, Kristin Davis, Viola Davis and Amanda Seyfried have all worn items from the collection on the red carpet.  Rosci Diaz also tweeted a picture of her wearing the shoes from this collection as well.

H&M understands their customers and keeps bringing them interesting collections that keep their loyal shoppers on constant H&M watch for the next exciting thing.
