Eva Marcille was spotted out and about attending the “Welcome to Brooklyn” celebration at Jay Z’s 40/40 club in NYC (4/23). The West coast girls have been living it up in the short shorts lately. Eva’s might be the shortest that I’ve seen so far but I can’t argue that she certainly has the legs to show.
