Some days I dwell in random trivia-ville (if there ever was such a place). The small facts that the majority of people casually toss away, I absorb which brings me to my latest piece of useless information that I learned. Did you know Vince Camuto was one of the original co-founders of Nine West?? In 1978, Camuto co-founded the Nine West Group Inc., and served as its creative director until he became CEO of the company. Also, did you know he partnered with Tory Burch in 2006 on her footwear line and also collaborated with the Tory Burch brand to produce the infamous “Reva” flat? It’s all trivial information but all very inspiring to a shoe lover.
Aside from all the experience with other brands, Vince Camuto’s namesake line has made its mark. I noticed Vince Camuto’s shoes a few years ago and lately they have really been catching my eye. I’m on the mad hunt for a specific pair of his boots which is what inspired this post. Today, I’m all about Vince Camuto. The shoe line is classic with a trendy spin and very affordable! Congratulations to Vince Camuto for being the “Brand of the Year” by the Footwear News Achievement Awards.

I have a pair of ankle/shoe boots I bought last year, black leather with a large ankle cuff and zips on both sides. High heeled but look marvellous!!

I haven’t purchased any yet. I searched for a pair of boots like crazy because I saw them in Macys and fell in love…the leather was great on them! Hopefully, I have them soon : )
